Delivery Information

We will endeavour to hold a full inventory of the Goods advertised for sale on this website, but if for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will advise you.
We will endeavour to dispatch all Goods within 24Hr's. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be carried forward to the next working day. All Goods will be sent by either Yodel, Royalmail, DHL or by private courier. Most services will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot and arrange another delivery attempt. Alternatively you can visit the depot in person with the card and collect the goods yourself.
Delivery charges and options to the delivery address you specify when placing an order will be confirmed during the online checkout process.

UK Deliveries
Uk orders sent by Yodel use a Track and Trace service which lets you track your parcel through the Yodel network using a unique barcoded tracking number.

International Deliveries
Parcelforce International Standard delivery times can be found at www.parcelforce.com and DHL delivery times can be found at www.dhl.co.uk

Any stated delivery dates are promises given in good faith by us to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver on the day stated. We will accept no liability for or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery.

Every care is taken to ensure systematic checking of all goods leaving. Errors in quantity or prices should be notified to us in writing within three days of receipt, giving full particulars of the complaint. All goods are carefully packed and despatched in good condition.
In the event of any goods arriving short or in bad condition, it is necessary for the customers to sign for them as "Damaged, Broken, Loose Ends", or as the case may be, and immediately notify the carrier concerned requesting him or his representative to call and inspect the parcel.

We reserve the right to revise any shipping costs/dates/times when necessary. We retain the right to refuse/amend any orders that do not comply with the delivery options available to us at this time. International delivery times are given for guidance purposes only and cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our upmost to ensure that your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

Import Dut
Please note your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
